EBIT是息前稅前淨利 (earning before interest and tax)，

EBITDA (Earning Before Interest , Tax , Depreciation and Amortisation)，是加了折舊與攤銷，稱為息前 稅前 折舊 攤銷前淨利。

在觀念上我們可以將EBIT視為公司總資產年度創造的總收益，當然這部分還沒扣除屬於債權人提供資源的利息支出與屬政府保護費性質的營所稅，正常情況，
